Butler Manufacturing announces daylighting

system using Sunoptics technology Butler Manufacturing has introduced the SunLite Strip daylighting system, a patented curbless daylighting system developed for the Butler MR-24 standing seam metal roof system. The linear daylight- ing system and related components are engineered specifically for the MR-24 standing seam roof system. The 24-inch-wide system fits between the seams of the MR-24 panels and uses the seams for structural support. Any water from rain or melting snow runs off the roof via a single-sided front-end diverter. www.butlermfg.com | Circle #73

Knight Wall Systems introduces

overlapping rainscreen assembly Knight Wall Systems has announced a brand-new design variation for its line of Dow-Knight CI-System continuous insulation rainscreen façades, which enables the overlap of panel cladding. Called Sloped-CI, the new Knight rainscreen allows for large panels to be in- stalled lap-style on a building’s façade, creating striking texture and shadow effects with an almost 3-D effect. Sloped-CI works with metal, composite and many other panelized cladding options. The interior infrastructure of the system’s frame is identical to the conventional Dow- Knight CI-System, offering true continuous insulation with an architectural twist. www.knightwallsystems.com |Circle #76

Rigid Global Buildings now

offers solar Rigid Global Buildings is now offering solar, photovoltaic laminate and crystalline modules. Crystalline modules are typically less expen- sive and generate more energy. They are mounted directly to a standing seam metal roof with specially designed clips. PV laminate modules are applied directly to a standing seam metal roof panel using a peel and stick application. This provides a penetration-free roof system. The PV laminate solar modules are flush with the metal roof providing a seamless effect on the roof system. www.rigidbuilding.com | Circle #77
