ORDERING BY MAIL Fill out the entire order form, making sure that your name and address are printed clearly. Please be sure to enclose your check or money order, made payable to Elvis Catalog, unless you are paying by credit card. Paying by check or money order will require 10 days from receipt of order for processing. Insert your order form into the enclosed envelope and mail today! Don’t forget the stamp (and your e-mail address, if available).

DELIVERY TO MILITARY APO/FPO All orders with a PO Box or military shipping address must ship via US mail. For an APO/FPO address, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
RETURN POLICY ShopElvis®
will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for
return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). ShopElvis® will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages; all sales are fi nal.
REFUNDS Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certifi cate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.
WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE Postage for returns/exchanges is paid by you. If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage pre-paid return label on the return/exchange form. For all other returns/exchanges, if you use the pre-paid postage label we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the amount of your refund. The cost deducted will be $4.95 for the fi rst item and $1.50 for each additional item. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
MERCHANDISE THAT EXCEEDS $100.00 IN VALUE For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00 you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method. All other items can be sent by a method of your choice.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN THE MAIL? We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns depart- ment. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.
