All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable for all UK and EU countries.


Please ensure your correct country is selected when placing your order otherwise the VAT will be charged.


Please note: customers outside the EU may be subject to domestic import and duty taxes. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order, as Linedancer Magazine cannot be held responsible for these charges. All goods sold on this website exclude any import duties and/or taxes outside the EU.


Member’s Discount


Subscribers to Linedancer Magazine, our website and onLinedancer qualify for special member discounts where applicable on our products. Postage rates remain payable as above.


Dispatch


Bloch & Roch Valley We aim to deliver your shoes to you as soon as possible. Often they will be dispatched the day after you place your order. In cases where we do not have your size or style available it may take up to 14 days for delivery (longer if outside the UK).


Supadance


Many of the Supadance shoes, especially those in the Linedancer range are specially made at the companies factory in London to order. This means they can take about four weeks to be delivered.


Returns

Here at Linedancer we do appreciate the difficulty of ordering dance shoes by mail order. We have a no quibble return policy and offer you the opportunity to exchange or receive a full refund up to three months after delivery of your shoes.


Your shoes will be delivered with an invoice that has a return slip at the bottom. Complete the note detailing what you need then return your shoes with the slip to:

Should an error have occurred and you receive an incorrect order please contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct the error.


Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and complete with undamaged packaging.


The customer is responsible for return postage but no extra postage will be payable for any replacement order made.


We recommend recorded post for returns, as we are not able to accept any responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
