• We will help you coordinate all the remaining details to ensure everything is executed according to your vision.


• We will assist in generating creative ideas to personalize your wedding and help turn your own ideas into a stunning reality.


• We will draft a detailed checklist and time-line of everything you’ll need from start to finish.


• We will review vendor contracts and follow up with suppliers to make sure everyone is on board with making your dream day a reality.


“A LOT” OF WEDDING PLANNING 15% of total wedding budget (minimum of $3,000)


After our initial meeting, we are in touch with you as often as you like and are always excited to discuss your wedding plans. We will keep you informed and in control of the process as we take care of the following:


• THE MANAGEMENT: We take care of the wedding administration, arrange appointments, attend all meetings, handle the paperwork, phone calls and emails. We work with you to develop a budget and a detailed schedule leading up to your wedding day.


• THE VENUE: We will use our extensive knowledge of the area to find the perfect location to compliment your event, whether it’s a grand ballroom or a rustic barn.


• THE VENDORS: We’ll make sure you have everything you need to make informed decisions and facilitate contracts and fees on your behalf. We’ll act as the point of contact for all your vendors.


• THE DETAILS: We can help customize your event with personal touches both big and small. From the design of your initial wedding announcement to lighting the last candle at your perfectly decorated reception, we will be there.

“DAY OF” PLANNING Starting at $1295


• Starting the month prior to the big day, we ensure every detail is according to plan.


• We will finalize details with your vendors and coordinate the rehearsal and the entire day from start to finish.


• With a detailed itinerary in hand, we will work discreetly behind the scenes and as the welcoming point of contact for your vendors and guests.
