Being colocated with the client and the entire project team has been of great benefit, Regan believes. “We’re all sitting together and we behave as one team – it doesn’t matter who you work for. It’s far more efficient this way and works a lot better. Our design is on the critical path, so we are working with the contractors and the client to make the project a success.” WSP has now been instructed to produce a 4D model of the eastern ticket hall to assess the critical construction sequence between the three contractors.
