Skip2bfit CD It has been proven that exercise is 20% more effective when you exercise to music. The 12 tracks of music are timed at exactly two minutes, so there is no need to time your two minute challenges, simply put on your CD and get skipping! The CD also has one minute, 30 second and ten second warnings on each track so you know how much longer you have to go. There is a 15 second heartbeat sound for the rest period in between each track.
