Most non-reactive mixtures now come with a 10-year shelf life, which reduces the frequency of change over and improves the consistency of QAL 3 analysis. The range of top grade calibration mixtures has also been extended to provide an assurance of accuracy in even the most demanding analytical applications. Many of the mixtures commonly used in emissions monitoring applications, such as nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides and carbon monoxide now come with ISO 17025 certification, fulfilling UKAS and other equivalent European standards, including EN14181.

To help gas analysts make the right selection, the extended range of gas mixtures has been consolidated into three simple grades within the Experis® range. ‘Process’ mixtures that do not require a Certificate of Analysis, ‘Certified’ gases are working grade mixtures with Certificates of Analysis and ‘Accredited’ gases are mixtures provided with ISO 17025 certification. An easy-to-use online gas selector tool is also available to assist gas analysts to create the ideal mixture for each application.
