• May 15 — Peace Offi cers Memorial Day: half-staff from sunrise to sunset
• Last Monday in May — Memorial Day: the fl ag should be displayed at half-staff until noon

They are similar to using plastic/styrofoam drinking cups in a fence but these are more durable & reusable. Put-In-Cups are made of a polypropylene that is sturdy yet pliable. Put-In-Cups are sold in sleeves of 50 cups of one color (order each color sleeve separately). 50 cups cover 2 sq. ft.
