Prices
Prices and handling charges exclude VAT which will be added, where applicable, at the current rate (20%). Learning Resources’ VAT number is 636 9656 90. Although it is Learning Resources’ intention to maintain their prices for a full calendar year, Learning Resources reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change prices at any time.
Despatch & Delivery We despatch orders placed before midday within 24 hours. This applies to all orders placed Sunday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Saturday will be despatched on Monday or the next working day. Orders should be delivered within 48 hours however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Returns & Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfi ed with your purchase from Learning Resources. If for any reason you need to return an item, please complete the enclosed Returns Form and using

the preprinted Returns Label return it to us via your local Post Offi ce. Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and returned in its original packaging. We accept returns within three months after despatch. We will refund you for the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
There is a choice of payment methods: • Credit/debit card payments at time of order can be accepted. • Ask for a proforma invoice at time of order which can be settled by credit card, cheque or BACS transfer.
• Where credit is given, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. The company reserves the right to charge 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
Property
The ownership of the goods will not pass to the purchaser until goods have been paid in full.
