fill out a consultation card, and have time to relax in the steam room and spa lounge before your treatment. Stop by the spa reception desk at least one hour prior to treatments on Renaissance Island and collect your treatment voucher(s).


o Must be 18 years of age to use spa and fitness facilities.


o Cancellations – please call 4 hours in advance of your appointment or 24 hours in advance of a Spa Cove appointment. There will be a 50% charge for missed appointments.


o Pregnancy – If you are between 3-6 months pregnant, you may visit the spa. o We recommend no treatments during the other times of pregnancy. o Steam room – complimentary for spa guests and $10/day/person if not using spa services.


o Hours of operation – Fitness Center - 24/7, Okeanos Spa - 8 am to 9 pm. o All treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notification.
