ARE MEALS AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED IN THE GETAWAY REGISTRATION FEE? They are not included, but guests receive a discounted room rate. Contact the hotel from your chosen location. Be sure to mention “FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember” when you make your reservation to receive the special rate (limited availability).


WHAT DO I DO IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE OUR GETAWAY DATE? For help with reservations, cancellations, or a change in plans, call 1-800-358-6329. You may transfer your registration to another getaway or request a refund no later than seven days after the getaway date you were registered to attend. For refunds, the registration fee is refundable minus a $30 per couple processing fee. There is no additional charge to transfer to another Weekend to Remember getaway.


DO YOU HAVE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE? If after attending Weekend to Remember you don’t agree that it was one of the finest investments you could make in your marriage, the full registration fee will be refunded upon written request no later than 7 days after the first getaway you attended.
