“I first met Bill Paul when I was senior VP of
marketing for AmTran Corporation. We would always get around to the subject near and dear to both of us…school bus safety. Bill shared his plans of starting his own magazine so he could have the freedom to really focus on his passion…school bus safety. to our industry. I said, at that time,

document (45 CFR 1310) was issued (January 2001), Bill Paul simplified the regulations and presented the information to STN readers and STN EXPO attendees.
