At Banner Homes our mission is simple: To be the best medium-sized developer and retailer of new homes in central and southern England. It is a tough challenge to set ourselves but in 2010-11 the business has risen to that challenge.
Independent and privately owned by the senior management team and the Prowting family, Banner Homes is split into three regions - the Central and Southern offices respectively covering the northern and southern ‘Home Counties’ and the Midlands office covering the wealth hotspots across the Cotswolds and the West Midlands.
The Group has the long term commitment of its Directors and creates individually designed and expertly crafted new homes for an entire spectrum of home buyers across central and southern England. Banner directly employs around 170 people across the three regions whilst creating employment for many more via our many subcontractors, agents and advisors.
Customer focus throughout every facet of the business ensures the delivery of hundreds of stunning homes to many happy purchasers – each as important as the last. After 36 years of trading, our solid reputation and status in the market has been built on design flair, attention to detail and a passion for delivering of the very best quality homes.
