1. review nominati ons and make recommendati ons regarding the selecti on of: a. Developmental Coach of the Year b. Doc Councilman Coach of the Year c. nati onal Coach of the Year d. paratriathlon Coach of the Year e. volunteer Coach of the Year
2. review and make suggesti ons to the revised Level I Coaching Manual and submit exam questi ons for all secti ons, as well as the new Youth/Junior Certi fi cati on program — both conference material and manual.
3. Act as a sounding board for the USA Triathlon coaching development staff , including the selecti on process for each USA Triathlon certi fi cati on level and the Art and Science Symposium.

LEARN MORE ABOUT THE NCC Jennifer Hutchison, rD, CSSD, LDn, CSCS
has been USAT-certi fi ed since 2000 and is currently the chair of the commission. Jennifer is a USAT Level III certi fi ed coach, USAT Youth/Junior certi fi ed coach and a registered/licensed dieti ti an, board- certi fi ed specialist in sports dieteti cs. She is a veteran multi sport athlete and an expert in nutriti on for youth and junior athletes and long-course athletes. Jennifer has been a long ti me contributor
to USAT’s athlete development program. She is the florida regional Athlete Development Coordinator and annually hosts USAT Junior Skills and Junior elite Camps. Jennifer is team director and coach of Triton elite Multi sport, a USAT-designated junior high performance team. Jennifer owns Ironclad performance LLC
and her passion lies in working with aspiring triathletes competi ng at the elite level. Under her guidance, athletes have earned nati onal ti tles, Team USA slots and selecti on to USA Triathlon’s elite development teams. Graham Wilson has been involved in
multi sport for over 25 years and is currently the chair-elect for the commission. originally from great Britain, he was a member of the Briti sh Triathlon Team and captain and coach of the U.K. Army Triathlon Team. he founded two triathlon clubs and served as the swimming and biking coach for those clubs. Since moving to the U.S. in 1993, graham has become a USAT certi fi ed coach and has conti nued his passion for multi sport. graham is a seven-ti me Ironman fi nisher,
including the Ironman World Championship in Kona. he has competed in more than 300 triathlons worldwide as a top age-group triathlete. his main training partners are two english
Springer Spaniels, Britt and Bodie. Britt is an IronDog, who regularly joins graham for long swims and 20-mile runs. graham is
training Bodie to achieve his full potenti al as a training partner. Maurice Wills has been racing and
coaching for more than 10 years. Maurice is co-owner of Infi nity Multi sport and head coach for Tri-Masters Sport Initi ati ve for Youth program. Maurice’s certi fi cati ons include USAT Level II certi fi ed coach, certi fi ed Total Immersion swim teacher and certi fi ed Chirunning instructor. he is a past USAT nati onal Coaching Commission Chair. Maurice’s coaching style focuses on form
and technique and he likes to stay up-to- date on the most current training sciences. he is a seven-ti me Ironman and Boston Marathon qualifi er with internati onal race experience in all distances. Boris Robinson has been a leader in youth
triathlon development. he was formerly head coach for the only youth triathlon club in hawaii. his passion is for coaching, mentoring and developing young people in triathlon. he is a USAT Level II certi fi ed coach and carries the Internati onal Triathlon Union Level II competi ti ve coaching certi fi cati on. In additi on, he carries coaching certi fi cati ons off ered by other nati onal governing Bodies. he is also the Chair of the South Midwest region. Boris is director and owner of
T3Multi sports, LLC in Texas. he is a leadership professional with over 26 years of military service and special operati ons experience leading people in the most demanding situati ons. Nancy McElwain, M Ed., JD has a master’s
degree in exercise physiology and a law degree. In 1999, she began Train Smart LLC and has been a USAT Level II coach since 2006. She fi rst served on the USAT Mideast board of directors. for the last four years she has held a local youth triathlon and clinic, and att ended the Youth/Junior certi fi cati on clinic in May 2011. recently, nancy has been parti cipati ng
in the USAT elite coaching mentorship programs. As a triathlete, her greatest accomplishments are winning an age group gold medal at ITU Long Course World Championships and achieving a personal best at the Ironman World Championship.
