areas, International Firex 2011 is the biggest in its history.
Focusing on fi re prevention, International Firex presents the latest in approvals and compliance, current fi re safety legislation and industry best practice and standards. This year’s show will provide a wealth of educational content delivered by respected fi re safety professionals, in addition to a number of new, innovative feature areas, incorporating comprehensive seminar programmes which will run alongside the extensive exhibition, encouraging engagement and establishing thought provoking debate.
I am pleased to present a range of new features for International Firex this year: ASFP Passive Fire Protection Zone hosted by the Association of Specialist Fire Protection will focus on products, services and best practice in built-in fi re protection. Fike Village will provide a relaxed and informal ‘village’ for Fike Protection Systems and Fike Safety Technology customers to meet and entertain key specifi ers and end users attending the show. FPA info zone offers series of free seminars and surgeries covering a variety of topical issues hosted by The Fire Protection Association. Whilst the LPCB Red Book Pavilion providing visitors with vital information on third party approval schemes and product testing and the Info4fi
re.com Learning Zone (run in association with the Fire Industry Association, offering a range of free seminars and presentations) return to International Firex for 2011.
