Dual-density and detachable scrum pads, with long life foam make the Rebel 3 a superb scrum-machine option for junior rugby clubs.
All 4 pads move horizontally, against variable bungee resistance and the unique hand-grips provide secure engagement. The handrail allows players to step safely aboard as additional ballast.
We suggest you ballast this sled with approximately six sandbags. The Rebel 3 is ideal for age groups up to 17 years old.
