For assistance in packing and shipping your products, call Materials Management at 312-527-7559. There is a FedEx located on the second floor as well as a U.S. Post Office located on the first floor for packing and shipping assistance.
Post Office/Federal Express
A full-service branch of the United States Post Office, open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., is located on the southeast corridor of the first floor of The Mart. For assistance call 312-321-0385 or 800-ASK-USPS. A FedEx office, located on the second floor, is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays. For assistance call 800-463-3339.
Security/Lost and Found
A professional security force patrols The Mart 24 hours a day and is ready to assist you in any emergency. Call 312-527-7700 for The Mart security office and the lost and found service. Call 312-527-7711 for the 350 West Mart Center security desk.

The Mart Center: Everything Within Reach Mart Center Retail is a collection of specialty shops, service entities and eating establishments located on the first and second levels of the world-famous Merchandise Mart. In addition to the unique selection of retailers offering apparel, books, gifts and more, services are available and include a flower shop, Nick’s Fishmarket Grill and Bar, Garrett Popcorn Shops, a beauty salon and spa and a full-service health club. A fully staffed U.S. Post Office, FedEx Kinko’s and Fifth Third Bank are among other available amenities. General hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Additional retail services including Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Guerramo Gallery and Montauk Furniture store are located steps from the building at MartParc Wells adjacent to The Mart at Kinzie and Wells Streets. In the MartParc Orleans building at Orleans and Hubbard Streets, retailers include Studio 41, Subway, Dal-Tile and Chicago Acupuncture.
