What is USA Triathlon? USA Triathlon is proud to serve as the Nati onal Governing Body for triathlon — one of the fastest growing sports in the world — as well as aquabike, aquathlon, duathlon, off -road triathlon, paratri- athlon and winter triathlon in the United States. USAT sancti ons 3,100 races and connects with more than 135,000 members each year, making it the largest multi sport organizati on in the world. In additi on to its work with athletes, coaches and race directors on the grassroots level, USAT provides leadership and support to elite athletes competi ng at internati onal events, including World Championships, Pan American Games and the Summer Olympic Games.
