PERFORMANCECOACHING November/December 2010
COACHES CORNER
The year is winding down and hopefully your athletes are getting a much needed break from training and racing. As a coach it’s a great time to do some reading, research and to further your knowledge about all things triathlon. One area we see many coaches focusing on is the annual training plan. This is a very important part of setting up a successful season for your athletes and one that coaches sometimes struggle with. Therefore, we are devoting this entire issue of Performance Coaching to discuss training plans for all distances, from sprint to Ironman. We hope you enjoy the newsletter.
Happy Holidays,
