SINCE ALMOST TOPPING THE UK CHARTS with his debut ‘Kernkraft 400’ back at the turn of the millennium, Zombie Nation, aka Munich based Florian Senfter, has been spinning a fi ne line in spine- chilling techno. As well as producing under his other moniker of John Starlight, the 18th of October sees him following up 2007’s massive ‘Lower State of Consciousness’, the track he produced with Turbo label boss Tiga under the name


of ZZT. A similarly mental slice of hardcore, dancefl oor noise, fi lled with tribal yelps and screams, ‘ZZafrika’, puts the freak in Africa, gaining it rave reviews (and play) with everyone from A-Trak to Martyn. As massive as the motherland itself. And if that wasn’t enough, next month sees the release of ‘Overshoot’ and ‘Squeek’, his fi rst solo releases of 2010 on UKW Records.
