William has been wowing londoners with his int beautiful patisserie, and his stunning chocolates, of which are influenced by suzue’s Japanese back Flavours include szechuan pepper, thyme and sc heather honey, apricot and wasabi, rosemary and oil, Japanese black vinegar, yuzu, toasted sesame blackcurrant and juniper.
