• System is programmed with exact prep/use-by specifi cation for up to 480 products • Select the food being prepared on the touch screen • Select the number of labels needed • The printer automatically dispenses labels with

- Prep date and time - Use-by date and time - Employee initials
Because every food item is pre-programmed all the operator has to do is push the button that corresponds to the food they’re preparing and a legible date code label is produced.
