Precision team up with Schmeichel P


recision Goalkeeping has teamed up with Leeds United star Kasper Schmeichel to produce his own range of goalkeeping gloves.


The company launched its goalkeeping range in May and has been working closely with Schmeichel to design and develop his own range. This season he will be wearing a negative cut glove made from supersoft latex, adorned with the Danish flag and coloured white and gold. “As a goalkeeper it is vitally important that you trust the gloves you are wearing and I couldn’t be happier with them,” Schmeichel said.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the production team of this well established sports apparel company. Your role as Production Manager will be to track all details of production orders to ensure local and international deadlines are met with all garments being tested and approved prior to shipment.


You will be responsible for the following:


• Calculate costings and negotiate prices with suppliers. • Plan and place orders with the most suitable supplier/factory. • Issue purchase orders for production.


• Follow up production orders and ensure the agreed shipment dates are maintained.


• Bring with you already established overseas factory contacts and sourcing new factories.


• Quality control checks in Thailand/China.


You will take total ownership of orders from order placement to customer dispatch ensuring accurate shipments that meet agreed time frames.


To be successful, you will have proven experience as a Production Manager within the apparel industry. You will work effectively to tight deadlines and have proficient computer skills.
