• Obtain details of applicants - CV, qualifications and experience • Verify qualifications, check references, judge suitability of candidate • Confirm candidate meets owner and yacht requirements • Verify candidate meets flag safe manning requirements • Organise interview • Co-ordinate travel to and from interview and yacht • Arrange training where appropriate • Assist with medical appointments and visas • Ensure crew are trained and familiarised on board • HRcrew database provides a resource for owners, captains and crew • Career guidance within fleet
