Submit an article to communications@usatriathlon.org with “training tips” as the subject and we’ll use it in an upcoming issue of our weekly online newsletter, Multisport Zone. You can earn one hour of service to the sport for submitting an article. Include your name, your coaching level, and a short bio to be included at the end of the article. Please keep in mind that the audience for the articles is triathletes of all levels, but mostly beginners.
