All Hosted Buyers have access to the full EIBTM exhibitor directory, including company information, and product and / or service details. Simply make your selections – we will match your preferences to ensure you have six quality one-on-one appointments per day; alongside the chance to hear about a destination of your choice; giving you an opportunity to place business with the suppliers you need for your next event.

Access to a range of tailored networking events

Our networking events run throughout EIBTM, from the evening before the show opens, and are open to all Hosted Buyers. Meet new contacts and socialise with industry friends on and off the show fl oor, whilst enjoying the unique atmosphere of Barcelona.

Bespoke education programme for your sector

EIBTM is proud to offer education streams designed specifi cally to meet the needs of attendees - whether from a Corporate, Association or Agency background. Sessions include the latest trends reports, technology overviews, panel discussions and workshops, and are presented by internationally- renowned industry experts.

Experience a destination of your choice

Each year EIBTM partners with a range of European destinations to offer selected Hosted Buyers the opportunity of a familiarisation trip. Dubbed the “post-event tours”, each of these trips leaves on the last afternoon of EIBTM, and allows participants to fi nd out what a new destination can offer them for future events.

A dedicated account manager

Our Hosted Buyer® account managers dedicate their time to meeting your needs, and will be available to contact from the time of application right through your visit to EIBTM.

Of course, each Hosted Buyer® is also provided with complimentary return fl ights from selected European airports to Barcelona, accommodation for the duration of their stay at one of a range of our offi cial 4 / 5* city hotels, and access to any one of three VIP lounges with complimentary refreshments for the duration of the show.
