PARKS ON POWLOWSKY: “Nastasha stepped right in and filled some pretty big shoes last year in replacing Anj Piela. She reminds us a great deal of Anj, both in stature and blocking skills. Nastasha is quick and extremely tough behind the plate and she instills a great deal of confidence in our pitching staff. Offensively, she has shown tremendous power and we expect her to be a vital run producer for us.”
