Last May, Virginia Lawyers Weekly honored Trigiani by naming her a
member of the inaugural class of “Influential Women of Virginia.” She joined

Trigiani is also a strong advocate for the community association industry. In

the Distinguished Service Award for ten years of extraordinary contributions to

But Trigiani is not a woman solely defined by her professional achievements.

Rather she is a woman for all “seasons,” embracing both community and
family.
From the beginning, she and Mercer incorporated community service as a
core value as part of the firm’s business plan. They encourage employees to
take one paid day annually to volunteer with a community project. Trigiani is a
longtime volunteer for Alexandria’s Campagna Center, which serves children.
This year, she joins the board of directors of Commonwealth Catholic Charities Photo
Foundation, whose mission supports MercerTrigiani’s philanthropy plan of Processing FlavoRx
supporting women and children.
