+Our guests
Vitalise wants to offer you a relaxing break. We have supported people with a huge range of health conditions, including cerebral palsy, cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, head and spinal injuries. We also welcome carers who want to accompany guests.
At our Vitalise Churchtown Centre we also provide services for people with learning difficulties and cater for both children and adults, who can be accompanied by carers if required.
+Our Centres
Vitalise Skylarks, Vitalise Netley Waterside House, Vitalise Sandpipers and Vitalise Jubilee Lodge are registered to provide residential nursing and personal care. They can provide care for adults of any age with physical disabilities and, on specific weeks, for people with Alzheimer’s. Vitalise Netley Waterside House also welcomes 16-17 year olds with physical disabilities.
Vitalise Churchtown does not provide care but welcomes children and adults with learning difficulties or physical disabilities who can be accompanied by a carer if care is required.

+Care Quality Commission (CQC)
CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Vitalise Jubilee Lodge, Vitalise Netley Waterside House, Vitalise Sandpipers and Vitalise Skylarks are all registered with CQC, who carry out regular inspections of the Centres.
+Level of care
Guests do not have one-to-one care constantly but our experienced nursing and care staff are on call to provide assistance 24 hours a day. Whether you require limited assistance or have high care needs we can meet your requirements.
The level of your care will be ascertained prior to your stay by completing a care plan. We will also require a medical certificate from your doctor.
Volunteers also provide support and companionship, enabling our guests to enjoy excursions to some of the best events and locations in the country.
