Hussein Omer
Hussein is in with a
bunch of guys who are
seriously into building
heavyweight VWs.
Readers of issue 3 will
recall silver Beetle
on the cover built by
Terry Fuller. That was
another car to come
from this tight knit
group. A lot of their
meddling is down to
James Wotton, who
runs the specialist
workshop Vee Dub.
He has not only been
heavily involved in
both these projects,
he is also the one who
kept pushing Hussein
throughout the ﬁ ve-
year build of this car.
