Letter from the
Chief Frog
Hello Travelers and Friends
his June my husband and I took our kids on a one
T
day trip to Disney World. Soren, our four and a half
year old son, waited in line for over an hour to meet
Mickey Mouse. Keep in mind that Mickey’s digs are indoors,
air conditioned and they play old-timey movies while you
wait. Still, I couldn’t fathom waiting in long lines with little
kids until I stood in several with my exceptionally patient son
- and he never whined, not once.
Meeting the famous mouse was worth it. Just thinking about
it makes me smile. Soren’s joy was palpable. The reality
of the situation seen through his eyes was magical. His

and Soren gleefully consumed one chocolate covered,

considered stressful circumstances? And if so, where can I

All this waiting - for parades, shows, characters and rides
- proved the truth behind one of life’s greatest lessons.
The best things in life are worth waiting for, best being - of
course - a very subjective term.
Happy travels,
