Warsaw 11’s
SAT 7TH AUGUST
The 4th Warsaw 11’s will be played at RKS
Marymont Stadium in the north of the
city. The club was formed in 1911 and the
communist built stadium that once held
25,000 has a fine pitch which is still used
by the Poland National Team.

The terraces may have been abandoned
but they remain a great backdrop to
a unique tournament. In 2009 the
tournament was sponsored by Zywiec,
the Polish beer company, who provided
free beer, water and barbecue throughout
the day, free of charge.

The tournament will consist of 6 teams in
2 groups of 3. Matches are 2 x 25 minutes
and teams play a minimum of 3 games.
After the football it’s time to let your hair
down in some of Europe’s best bars.
Warsaw, once a gloomy, concrete city has
reinvented itself as a dynamic, prospering
capital with fantastic nightlife.
