Direct Debit Security Our security and compliance team have developed security controls and procedures that meet the BACS industry standard covering five key areas:


Confidentiality – we protect information from unauthorised disclosure or interception by using strong encryption technology and access control measures.


Integrity – we protect and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information using bank account validation systems to reduce fraud and improve successful payment collections.


Security – we use BACS accredited software with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and smartcard technology for ultimate security.


Compliance – we ensure that formal data procedures are followed at all times in order to reduce risks and to comply with our responsibilities under the Data Protection Act.


Availability – we ensure that information, resources and services, including computer systems, are accessible when required.


Eazy Collect Services takes the security of our systems and your information very seriously indeed.


You can be completely secure in the knowledge that any data passed to Eazy Collect can’t be viewed, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.


Card Security For Card Processing services we comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). It protects the cardholder against theft and you against fraud and revenue loss. Whilst many of our policies and standards overlap across Direct Debit and Card Services, the PCI standard specifically ensures that:


Security – A Secure IT Network is built and properly maintained.


Protection – Cardholder Data is protected from 3rd party access.


Low Risk – A Vulnerability Management Program is undertaken to identify risks.


Access Control – Robust login & password procedures.


Monitoring – Measures to restrict access to data.


Enforcement – IT Networks are regularly tested and monitored. An Information Security Policy is in place and enforced.
