Over the last year, we have been continually impressed by the resilience and innovation of our small business occupiers in addressing the challenges COVID has presented. As we emerge from what we all hope will be the UK’s fi nal lockdown, there is real hope that our world-leading vaccine roll out will herald a steady return to permanent normality for the business sector. We sense increasing optimism throughout the diverse occupier base at our 58 centres throughout the UK and, with enquiries at record levels, we look forward to providing new customers with a home for their business at Flexspace Northampton.
