Yardi, based in Santa Barbara, Calif., has launched a new resident care feature as part of its Senior IQ business intelligence solu- tion. The Staffing Analysis feature draws care information from the Yardi EHR system and compares it with workers and skillsets avail- able, preventing over- or understaffing.

New York-based A Place for Mom has named Seth Low-Tufo as chief financial officer and David Kampfe as chief sales officer, complet- ing its leadership team. Low-Tufo was CFO, GE Onshore Wind Americas. Kampfe was general manager and vice president of sales and operations at Pared, a restaurant labor marketplace.

Arrow Senior Living, based in St. Charles, Mo., has named two new regional directors and two new executive directors. Re- gional wellness director Brooke Glenn was a


post-surgical nurse and executive director for a home health care provider. She will support 12 communities throughout Missouri, Illi- nois, Indiana, and Iowa. Regional wellness director Crystal Parrish, BSN, RN, was a cor- porate director of clinical care. She will sup- port 11 Ohio communities. Katie Cook, new executive director at Journey Senior Living of Ankeny, in Ankeny, Iowa, has a master’s in health care administration and a nursing home administrator’s license. Mary Jane Harris, new executive director at The Bou- levard at Wentzville in Wentzville, Mo., was an executive director with Spectrum Senior Living. She is a licensed nursing home ad- ministrator with a master’s in social work.

He was most recently senior vice president of oper- ations for the east division of Atria Senior Living, and was with the company for more than 20 years. Benchmark chief marketing officer Heather Frahm was promoted to ex- ecutive vice president. She will continue to serve as CMO in her new role and oversee marketing, sales, customer experience, and IT. Benchmark CFO Sarah Laffey will shift to a part-time consulting role with the com- pany, overseeing its continuing care retire- ment communities’ (CCRCs) investments and working as a liaison with investors.

health care technology firm. Prior to Brook- dale, Kent oversaw the Infection Prevention Division at 3M, responsible for the $1.7 bil- lion global business operations in 60 coun- tries and sales in 170 countries. She was on the board of Best Buy Co. from 2018 to 2020. She is currently on the board of trust at Vanderbilt University.


Dallas-based Capital Senior Living has named Jay Reed as vice president of infor- mation technology, leading all IT depart- ments and driving IT strategy. He was for- merly partner at CIO Suite, a management consulting firm in Dallas, and executive vice president and chief information officer at Aimbridge Hospitality.

Emillienne Mache, CNA, care- giver at Elmcroft of Braeswood, in Houston, received a Texas Assisted Living Association Hero Award in the Aide category.

Chicago-based Enlivant has announced that Daniel M. Guill, president and COO since 2013, has been named CEO of Enlivant effective March 31. Current CEO Jack R.


Callison, Jr. will become chairman of Enliv- ant’s board of directors effective April 1, 2021. Prior to Enlivant, Guill served in vari- ous operating and financial roles at organi- zations such as Fortress Investment Group, Parthenon Capital, and Performant. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition, Pete Smith, Enlivant’s chief human resources and legal officer, has been promoted to chief administrative offi- cer.
