NUTRITION CARE PROCESS (NCP) RESOURCES eNCPT: electronic Nutrition Care Process Terminology Reference Manual

eNCPT

Electronic Nutrition Care Process Terminology

The complete eNCPT is available exclusively on www.ncpro.org!

The eNCPT is an online publication that contains the full collection of standardized terminology (over 1,700 terms) and a comprehensive explanation of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP). Together the NCP and eNCPT support a systematic approach to practice. The eNCPT continues to offer all the peer-reviewed content of previous versions, but with new features to improve user experience.

The eNCPT is updated annually to provide the most current terminology applicable in all practice settings. The latest eNCPT features the addition of intervention terms focused on population level applications, new guidance on reassessment, and malnutrition terms addressing severity in adults and children.

Matching and modeling of the eNCPT for SNOMED CT and LOINC is available to subscribers using the terminology in an EHR. Individual, student, and group subscriptions are available. Visitwww.ncpro.org for more information.
