implemented with little effort and therefore low investment costs. A ranking of optimisation projects


according to the Pareto analysis shows that the first six projects regarding the amount of savings make up around 90% of the total savings (see Table 3). These projects deal mostly with air conditioning and secondly with “technical drinking water”. The feed-in and transformer area for


“technical drinking water” with numerous treatment plants, back flushing systems, pressure boosting plants and safety valves in particular allowed for successful savings.


Examples of projects 2014-2016 The following bullet pointed examples show the most relevant projects in the period 2014-2016 accroding to the achieved efficiency increases:

(building 10) (2015-2016 ongoing project). More detailed information on these


projects follows.


The project scope of optimisation of VLV – air conditioning system in building 10 included: l Air stream – calculations and adjustments in 5,800 rooms


l Adjustments to 18,600 ceiling air outlets


l Adjustments to 8,600 air follow-up treatment systems


l Adjustments to 1,945 horizontal pressure control circuits


l Adjustments to 150 vertical pressure control circuits


l Adjustments to the central units of 44 inlet air and 46 outlet air connected systems
