SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA Botetourt County: Italian auto- mobile parts manufacturer EL- DOR Corp. is planning to open its fi rst U.S. production plant in Botetourt County, creating 350 jobs. T e company manufactures ignition systems, engine control units, braking systems actuators and power management systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
Scott County: Englewood, Colo.-based TeleTech Holdings announced plans to invest $4.07 million to establish a customer experience center. T e move was expected to create 300 new jobs. TeleTech is a publicly-traded, business process outsourcing company.
Wise County: Frontier Secure is planning to open a customer care center in Wise County, creating up to 500 new jobs. Frontier Se- cure helps home and small busi- ness customers with a variety of digital communications services, including high-tech products, identity protection, computer security and new applications for the “Internet of T ings.”
SOUTHERN VIRGINIA
Danville: Overfi nch announced plans to invest $1.8 million to es- tablish a manufacturing operation in Danville. T e England-based company will upfi t Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, which will be sold to customers across the U.S. T e project is expected to create 41 new jobs.
Henry County: Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based customer experience provider T e Results Cos. opened a call center in Collinsville, which was expected to employ 500 people.
Memphis, Tenn.-based Mono- gram Foods also announced its fourth expansion in Henry County since coming to the area in 2009. T e food products com- pany said it would invest $7.2

Martinsville: Nationwide Cus- tom Homes announced plans to expand production at its Martins- ville manufacturing operations, creating 59 new jobs.
CENTRAL VIRGINIA
Caroline County: Matthews, N.C.-based grocer Harris Tee- ter announced it plans to invest $95 million to establish its fi rst Virginia distribution center in Caroline County. T e project was expected to create 400 jobs.
Chesterfi eld and Dinwiddie counties: Online retail giant Am-
azon.com announced plans to add 500 jobs at its two distribution centers in Chesterfi eld and Din- widdie counties. Amazon has be- come one of the largest employers in the Richmond-area, employing more than 3,800 people.
Henrico County: Elephant Auto Insurance said it was investing $2 million to expand its Henrico County headquarters. T e project was expected to create 1,173 jobs in the area.

Chesapeake: Sutherland Global Services announced plans to add 200 additional consultants to its Insurance Center of Excellence. Sutherland Global Services, head- quartered in New York, is one of the largest BPO (business process outsourcing) companies in the world.
Norfolk: New Jersey-based hu- man resources fi rm Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) said it plans to invest $32 million to establish a regional customer service center. T e project would create about 1,800 jobs, making the company the largest employer in the city’s downtown.

Arlington and Spotsylvania counties: Lidl, a German dis- count supermarket chain, an- nounced plans to invest $202 million to establish its U.S. head- quarters in Arlington County and regional headquarters and distribution center in Spotsylvania County. T e project was expected to create 700 new jobs.
Fairfax County: San Francisco- based Bechtel Corp. said it will invest $10 million to move its Frederick, Md., operation to Northern Virginia. T e move was expected to bring 700 new jobs to Reston, already home to the company’s global operational headquarters. Bechtel is a major engineering, construction and project management company.
Prince William County: Soft- ware company Ventech Solutions publicized plans to invest $1.5 million to establish an Innova- tion, Operations and Engineer- ing center. T e project by the Ohio-based company was ex- pected to create 200 jobs.
