Floorcoverings can, of course, be both cumbersome and heavy so before unloading it’s important to think first as to the best way to pick up and lift materials in order not to injure your back.


When on the job, make sure that you use properly tested power tools, it’s a good idea also to read


all manufacturers’ instructions to ensure that you are aware of any possible hazards and know how to deal with them. It’s also worth taking the time to ensure that all surfaces are cleared of any rubbish or anything that could cause a trip, slip or fall.
