19-22, Aug 2 -5, August 9-12 and August 16 -19, The Royal Dart Yacht Club in Kingswear is running sailing lessons for youngsters and adults. Members and non-members are welcome so whether you live locally or are down on holiday do take the opportunity to learn to sail or improve on some of those sailing skills you’d forgotten you had! All courses are run under the guidelines set by the RYA with strict adherence to safety standards.

Instructors are fully qualified and

have a great deal of experience of sailing on the river and are backed up by fully qualified safety boat drivers. All courses will start promptly at 10am each day and will finish at 4pm with a break for lunch in the middle of the day. Bring your own sailing clothing if you have the kit – the Club is able to offer a loan of a wetsuit or buoyancy aids for the duration of the course - but bring old trainers or wetsuit shoes, anoraks and a change of clothing with you. For the young, we will be running a 4 day RYA Youth
