Peerless-AV has announced the appointment of Mike Cunning- ham-Clayton to the position of Director of Sales for the UK Professional Division, effective from 1st January 2019. Mike joins Peerless-AV from a senior management role in distribu- tion, bringing over 25 years’ AV experience and extensive insight into the UK AV channel. He will be responsible for lead- ing a strong, ambitious sales team renowned for their close industry relationships with dis- tributors, resellers, integrators and consultants. “Announcing Mike as our new Director of Sales UK is a major milestone for the UK business and is one of several strategic appointments as we continue our journey of growth as an AV technology manufacturer in new emerging markets,” comments Keith Dutch, Man- aging Director – EMEA. “Mike is hugely respected across the UK Industry, not only for his knowledge, but for his welcom- ing, friendly personality, which fits in well with our company ethos.”

Lee Harris will become Divi- sional Director focusing on AV (Midwich Ltd) and Ross Floyd will assume a wider role as Di- visional Director covering AV, Document Solutions and fur- ther technologies.


Lee Baker will be passing over his responsibilities to Lee Har- ris and Ross Floyd in January following an extensive handover period.


Lee Baker has been with Mid- wich since 2002 and has played an invaluable role working within the UK Management Team and was instrumental in the devel- opment of the AV business. He will be retiring at the end of De- cember to pursue other activities outside of the Group. Lee Baker, Commercial Direc- tor, commented:
