houses in High Wycombe had expired.
The borrower had fallen out with the main contractor and building works had come to a stop.
The process Following the appointment and standard due diligence checks, the issues that needed to be resolved in order to complete the development were identified as:
• Completion of works • Building regulations & completion certificates • Electrical installation & certification • New build warranty • Japanese knotweed certification
A new contractor was sourced and appointed to complete the whole development and deliver identified above.
Upon completion, Rob successfully marketed and sold all of the units
