Summary


After gaining a First Class Honours Degree in my undergraduate studies, I then obtained a Distinction in my Master’s degree in Property and Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University. I joined Kempton Carr Croft in 2008 and completed my APC training with the firm in 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Since then I have also qualified as a Registered Valuer. I became Head of the Building Surveying Department at the beginning of 2016 however stepped down from the role since returning to Kempton Carr Croft after Maternity Leave. I now work within the Building Surveying Department.


Experience My professional activities include


• Undertaking pre acquisition surveys for both residential and commercial properties. • Preparation of Planned Maintenance Schedules & Quinquennial Reports. • Providing defect analysis related advice and recommendations for all types of properties. • Preparation of Schedules of Condition for all types of properties. • Providing professional advice to both Leaseholders and Freeholders in relation to the Leasehold Reform Act and preparing Court compliant reports for the Leasehold Tribunal.


• Undertaking Valuations for Loan Security purposes for large High Street banks on both residential and commercial property


• Preparing Reinstatement Costs for Insurance purposes
