New 6 week courses start week commencing Monday 10th September 2018 and cost £48. Please contact the Studio to reserve your place on a course.


Beginners (level 1) is suitable for people who have never practiced Pilates before. You will learn the basic principles of abdominal hollowing, scapula and pelvic stabilisation, neutral spine alignment and lateral breathing. Once you have completed the course you will be guided to the most appropriate level for you to continue practicing Pilates at.


Mat Pilates/Back Care (level 2) is suitable for people who have completed the beginners course. Adaptations can be made to accommodate joint and medical conditions at this level. Level 2 courses are suitable if you are managing a Back Condition.


Essential (level 3) is aimed at developing balance, strength, mobility and flexibility in standing as well as on the mat. Some exercises at this level may not be suitable if you are managing a back condition but alternatives can be given where appropriate.


Intermediate (level 4) is a challenging workout. It may not be suitable if you are managing a Back Condition. You will learn more demanding and complex sequences of exercises, which will test co-ordination, flexibility, strength and stability. It is advised that you can perform the Full Roll Up and hold a full plank position with correct technique before enrolling on an Intermediate course.


Ballet Barre Pilates is a standing choreographed Ballet inspired Pilates class at a Barre. A fast paced, fun filled class that will make you sweat, burn fat and tone your whole body.


Post Natal Pilates Bring baby with you while you work to reclaim your pre-pregnancy figure. A specialist class focusing on regaining pelvic floor and core strength after childbirth.


Baby Yoga Introduce baby to gentle stretching and strengthening yoga based exercises. Baby Yoga can help to soothe an anxious baby.
