CHURCHES ARE THRIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES
“Say not ye, ‘There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest’? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.”
Dear WME Donors and Supporters,
RIGHT NOW, YOU CAN BE PART OF A PLENTIFUL HARVEST OF SOULS IN THE PHILIPPINES.
At World Missionary Evangelism, bringing souls into the Kingdom of God is always at the forefront of what we do. Humanitarian projects are of little value if we do not heed the call to minister to the eternal soul of man. Jesus Himself reminds us, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36)
In the Philippines, many ministers over the years have faced great hardship and tearfully laid down their lives in the hope of a great future harvest across those islands. And indeed, the time for reaping has come. Ministers are joyfully seeing many souls brought into the Kingdom. In the Philippines, the hearts of the people are turning to the living God as they hear about the saving work of Jesus Christ.

As a result, the need for churches in the Philippines is growing greater by the day. Some churches are becoming so full of new believers they need to expand their current buildings. In other areas, the people have been holding services in grassy spaces under trees or inside small homes or makeshift structures. It is their hearts’ desire to see the first evangelical church built in their communities.
$100 to $275 $3,000 & Up
These simple churches are precious to the communities they serve. As you would expect, congregations use their churches for weekly services, but those facilities are often used for childcare, education, community gatherings, feeding the hungry, distributing supplies after natural disasters, and giving hope through Jesus to the lost.
In churches, homes, fields and on beaches people are coming to accept Christ as their personal Savior.
And if there is one thing we hear time and time again from our dedicated Native Missionaries in the Philippines, it is — PLEASE SEND US MORE BIBLES! For souls at every age and stage, receiving God’s Word in their native tongue is a treasured gift with immeasurable impact. With it, they are able to regularly read the Word, get rooted and grounded in their faith, and develop a personal relationship with God.
