DAY 1: Palermo, Agrigento. Arrival at Palermo airport and transfer to Agrigento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. DAY 2:Agrigento. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a guided tour of the archaeological area and the Valley of the Temples. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon we will visit the historical center of Agrigento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. DAY 3: Palermo, Monreale. Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Palermo and guided tour of the city where we will visit: the Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel and the Royal Palace. In the afternoon we will continue to visit Monreale where we could admire the splendor of the Cathedral. Accom- modation in hotel, dinner and overnight. DAY 4: Cefalu, Milazzo, Lipari. Breakfast at the hotel, departure for Cefalù and we will have a guided tour of the picturesque seaside village. Free Lunch. We will continue to visit Milazzo and we will go to Lipari by hidro- foil. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight. DAY 5: Panarea, Stromboli. Breakfast at the hotel. We will have free morning available. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon departure for the island of Stromboli. We will have an Island tour and than we will take a rest and we will have free time to visit the country. In the evening we will go with the motorboat under the “Sciara del Fuoco” where we could admire the volcanic explosions. Overnight at the hotel. DAY 6: Salina. Breakfast at the hotel. In the Morning we will depart for Salina by boat. We will visit the small village of Leni ad than we will visit “ The sanctorum of the Madonna of Terzito” in Valdichiesa. We will go on to Pollara where we could admire the beauty old crater we have to know that half of it is fallen into the sea after wich we will visit Malfa and tha small lake of Lingua . We will have a lunch in a typical Aeolian restaurant (pane cunzato and granita). In the afternoon we will retourn in Lipari. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. DAY 7:Milazzo, Taormina. Breakfast at the hotel. We will go to Milazzo by hidrofoil and later we will transfer to Taormina. We will have a free lunch in Taormina and in the afternoon we will visit it. We will have a dinner and overnight in Catania. DAY 8: Syracuse. Breakfast at the hotel and than we will depart for Syracuse and we will have a guided tour of the archaeological area and Greek Theatre. After the free lunch we will have a free visit of Ortigia Island. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight. DAY 9: Catania. Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Catania airport for boarding operations.

DAY 1: Palermo. Arrival at Palermo airport and transfer to your hotel on your own. Welcome dinner dedicated to the products of the Slow Food Presidia of Sicily. Transfer to your hotel and overnight stay. (D). DAY 2: Erice, Marsala. Departure for Erice, a magnificent medieval city in a spectacular setting. Walk through the streets of the center of the town and visit the Pasticceria Maria Grammatico, an old pastry shop that offers recipes from the Antico Convento.Try some of the typical local delights. Proceed to Marsala, the city renowned for its production of the wine of the same name. Lunch in a typical local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Donnafugata’s historic cellars, a living example of industrial archaeology where you can admire the fascina- ting underground barrique room and the processes of wine refinement. Free time.Return to the hotel and overnight stay. (BB, T, L, T). DAY 3: Palermo. Monreale In the morning, visit the famous old Capo Market, in the ancient heart of this thriving city and free time. In the afternoon a guided tour to visit and seek out signs of Palermo and its ancient "grandeur". Transfer to Monreale, ancient village near Palermo, famous for its wonderful Norman Cathedral and the adjoining cloister, architectural masterpieces of King Roger. Return to the hotel, overnight stay. (BB). DAY 4: Agrigento, Caltagirone, Syracuse. Departure for Agrigento for a guided tour of the amazing Valley of the Temples, testament to the ancient Greek civilization in Sicily. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon visit Caltagirone famous for the production of ceramics and pottery: visit of a ceramics laboratory and opportunity of shopping. Departure for Syracuse, check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight stay. (BB, D). DAY 5: Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Syracuse. Departure to Ragusa. Guided visit of the city, built in a region that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Proceed to Modica, the ancient capital of the county which once again is full of amazing examples of architecture that pay homage to the old Sicilian baroque style. We suggest a stop at the Antica Pasticceria Bonajuto (an old pastry shop). Sample some of the typical dishes accom- panied by local wines at Trattoria La Locanda del Colonnello. Before returning to Syracuse stop in Noto to taste the famous almonds. Overnight in Syracuse. (BB, L, T). DAY 6: Syracuse, Mount Etna, Taormina.A morning guided of Syracuse, one of the most important and strategic political centers in ancient Greece, visit the archaeological park and walk around the heart of the old city - Ortigia. Depar- ture to Taormina, stopping on route for a wine tasting in Mt. Etna area. Pro- ceed to your hotel in Taormina. Check in and free time. Overnight stay. (BB, T) DAY 7: Taormina. In the morning, a guided tour to discover Taormina, the small medieval village called "the pearl of the Ionian Sea" and visit to the Roman - Greek theatre. Time at leisure.
