MARKET & COOKING CLASS IN FLORENCE Operating from 04/01/2018 to 10/31/2018 The tour will start inside the Central Market where one of our chefs will help the participants to choose the freshest and best ingredients for the dishes. The cooking lessons begins with the basic elements of Tuscan kitchen dishes Once the menu will be completed everyone will be able to join a lunch composed by the dishes prepared during the lesson, accompanied by Tuscan wine.


PASTA COOKING LESSON Operating from 04/01/2018 to 10/31/2018 The cooking lesson will explain how to different dishes of fresh pasta are prepared(tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle or others). Our chefs will showand help you to make fresh pasta and traditional Italian recipes and to choose and how to prepare the appropriate sauce to accompany them. Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce is ready all the participants will try their dishes during the lunch and will taste Tuscan wine.


COOKING CLASS WITH LUNCH OR DINNER We will cook together with our Chef in a typical Florentine school: under his careful control we will prepare regional dishes and we will discover the precious secrets of Italian cooking. We will select a typical Tuscan menu composed by appetizer, first course or second course with a side-dish and dessert. At the end of the lesson we will taste the dishes we prepared all together during a lovable lunch/dinner.


PIZZA & HANDMADE ICE CREAM Learn the secrets for making handmade ice cream using quality ingredients and putting in practice the principal ideas will be revealed to the participants. You will learn the activities involved in pizza making, the creation and the working of the dough. Following the lesson, the participants partake in the sampling of the pizza, ice cream, and sorbet.


COOKING WITH KIDS IN THE HEART OF FLORENCE: HAVE A FUN PREPARING PIZZA AND GELATO! A truly involving experience for children, teenagers and adults: the whole family will put "hands-on "and will carry out traditional recipes of Starters (focaccias and small different pizzas), fresh egg Pasta (tagliatelle) with 2 different sauces (vegetarian and ragout) and the most delicious and popular Italian dessert: Tiramisù with seasonal fruits.


Full Day Excursions


FD PISA & LUCCA TUES-THUR-SAT: 9:00 am Depart from Florence our first stop will be in Pisa, the city worldwide known for its Leaning Tower and for its architectonic masterpieces. Our guide will lead you to the famous Miracles Square explaining the wonders of this square. You will admire The Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other beautiful monuments before entering inside the Cathedral (interior). Free time for photos and for lunch (not included) before departing for Lucca.In Lucca the guide will lead you for a pleasant walk into the enchanting historical centre where you'll have the chance to admire the Anfiteatro Square, the Guinigi Tower, San Martino Dome and the typical “antique dealers street”. At the end stop in a local pastry shop where you’ll taste the Buccellato, typical sweet of Lucca. Return to Florence in the late afternoon.


FD SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO & CHIANTI with ice cream tasting in S.Gimignano & wine tasting in Chianti area


Monteriggioni - DAILY 08:45 am Experience a wonderful day in Tuscany countryside, admiring the most suggestive corners of Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti area and try the unique flavor of local wines. Departing from Florence, our tour will start in Monteriggioni, well known worldwide for its wine and its countryside of unrivalled charm. We’ll continue then to Siena, where our local guide will lead you through its steep medieval streets, admiring the splendid palaces until we'll reach the Cathedral (interior), Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Building) and Piazza del Campo where the Palio race takes place every year. Then free time for lunch (excluded) and shopping. We'll continue to San Gimignano, one of the most fascinating examples of medieval towns, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco; free time to discover the town. Before departing you'll taste the best ice cream in the world that won the last two editions of the Ice Cream World Championship.Finally we’ll stop in a farm house, where you’ll taste some of the best Tuscan wines with a little snack of sliced cold meats, bruschetta and cheese. Return to Florence in the late afternoon.

(3.5 hrs from Monday to Saturday) Your day begins at 09.30am. Taste 2 different types of coffee, taste a panino tartufato in a delicatessen shop founded in 1885. Next stop is at the San Lorenzo Central Market. Following stop we'll visit a local Enoteca where you taste two Tuscan wines. Our last stop is at one of Florence's best gelato shops, where we will taste a yummy, fresh, natural Italian ice cream!!!


FD “5 TERRE” DAILY: from 04/01/2018 to 10/31/2018 An unforgettable day dedicated to discover one of the most enchanting landscapes in the World. Five villages, suspended between sea and land, hanging from sheer cliffs surrounded by hills and vineyards. Upon arrival in Manarola we’ll have free time to discover the little village: later a local train will take us to the second village Riomaggiore for a pleasant stop. We'll proceed by boat to Monterosso, an ancient fishing village considered “ the pearl of the Cinque Terre where you'll have free time to eat a typical Ligurian light lunch (not included ).We’ll continue to Vernazza where we'll admire the intricate layout of this village with its “carruggi” (narrow lanes) and steep stairways. The tour ends in La Spezia. In addition to comfortable clothes, we recommend to have with you a swimwear and a hat to protect you against the sun…!!! The itinerary could be modified by act of force majeure.


Half day Excursions from Florence
