My name is Ben, I have been in the Fitness Industry and a Personal Trainer for over 15 years and I’ve worked with both professional athletes and the general public, I’ve been described as a motivation specialist. I’ve helped many people achieve total body transformations, get fit, train for events and improve their general health and wellbeing.
