how the area represent- atives were divided over the allocation of the dis- cretional fund, designed to enhance both Youghal and Midleton town cen- tres.


In 2015 the entire


Town Development fund of €120,000 was invested to help update Youghal town centre, and boost tourism. Last year, following a


very public debate, Mid- leton was assigned €9,000 through the same pro- gramme.
