Fed up with costly oil and calor gas boilers?

Are those oil tanks and calor gas cylinders taking up too much precious room?

If so, replace them with an efficient electric boiler.

Our Elnur CM and CMX range of boilers can be used like any gas boiler - they’re totally safe and can be used with hot water radiators or under floor heating - they do not require yearly maintenance like a gas boiler.

For any home that has LPG Gas or oil fired boilers, you can replace them with a boiler that in most homes offers higher efficiency and a considerable sav- ing on energy bills. They don’t need to be fitted to an out- side wall. They can run many hot water taps at the same time. They run silently because of their triac-based technology

• Maximum efficiency (BEAB approved). • Stainless steel cylinder - corrosion free life (CMX Combi). • No yearly maintenance needed and run’s completely silent.

• Can use any controls from basic to self learning systems. • Safe to run (no risk of carbon monoxide poisoning).

• CMX Combi has high flow rate not like many gas combi’s.

• Free heating and hot water with solar P.V.S on your roof. • Can fit to any wet system that have radiators already. • More convinient than LPG or Oil and considerable savings in energy.

Wanting to replace my old LPG system and deciding electric was the best option as Kingswear has no mains gas, I had a very frustrating time trying to find anyone who had any knowledge of this new concept. After trying many manufacturers

to supply and fit, I was told about Scott of Cosy Homes by a colleague.I called and Scott visited my home and explained all about these new boilers. The date was booked in and Scott turned up when he said he would and by that evening the old boiler and immersion tank was out, the old flue bricked up, new pipework and boiler in, topped up and ready to go, even the carpets were hoovered! All new electric cable was fitted the following morning, the system checked and tested. Scott called round the next morning to make sure I was happy and could work the remote controlled thermostat. I was very impressed with Scott’s knowledge and professionalism. The speed and quality of his work is outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cosy Homes. Electric boilers are the future as gas and oil becomes more expensive!
